Lower shipping cost for larger or less urgent orders. Best for bulk orders, heavy items, or when shipping cost needs to be minimized.
Shipping quote scope
Checkout shipping prices are baseline lane rates. Final shipping can change based on package weight, declared value, and insurance requirements. High-value Macs and other devices may require additional insurance before dispatch.

The total time from order to delivery depends on two factors: sourcing lead time and shipping method.

All timelines are estimates. Customs processing, holidays, and carrier volume can shift delivery dates. We communicate changes proactively.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged for international shipping. Macs and other devices are double-boxed when necessary. Fragile items get additional foam padding. We photograph the packed state before handoff to the carrier.
Customs & import duties
Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. Nigeria charges import duty on electronics, which varies by item type and declared value.
DHL Express: DHL handles customs clearance. They will contact you directly for any duties owed before delivery. Duties are paid separately from the device price.
Sea Cargo: Customs clearance is handled at the destination port. We provide all necessary documentation (commercial invoice, packing list). You may need a clearing agent.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. DHL Express provides real-time tracking from pickup to delivery. Sea cargo provides milestone updates at key stages.
Do you ship to other countries?
Currently we ship primarily to Nigeria. Contact us for other West African destinations and we'll evaluate the shipping path.
What if my shipment is delayed?
We communicate delays immediately with a new ETA. If the delay is on the carrier side, we follow up on your behalf.
Can I pick up in person?
Local pickup in New Jersey is available by arrangement. Contact us before placing your order.
